Early access terms

By using Agenza, joining the waitlist, or signing in to a private beta area, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Agenza is in private beta. Waitlist signup does not guarantee immediate access, and features may change, pause, or be removed while we test the product.

We may limit access to selected home-service businesses, internal testers, and platform administrators while launch operations are underway.

Agenza is building follow-up tools for home-service businesses so they can miss fewer leads and respond faster. Beta previews may describe planned or internal functionality that is not yet available to every user.

Agenza does not guarantee revenue, booked jobs, response rates, or business outcomes.

You are responsible for the information you submit, your customer communications, and your business decisions. Review any draft message or recommendation before sending it to a customer.

Do not use Agenza for spam, harassment, unlawful activity, deceptive marketing, scraping, attempts to bypass access controls, or any abuse of the service.

You may need to authenticate through a third-party provider to access private beta areas. Keep your account access secure and contact us if you believe someone is using it without permission.

Agenza may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, analytics, and payment infrastructure where enabled. Their services may have their own terms and policies.

Agenza, its brand, site content, software, and product designs belong to Agenza or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse them except as allowed by us.

Because Agenza is in private beta, we may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We will try to keep the product reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Agenza is provided as an early-stage product. To the extent allowed by law, Agenza is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to use of the service.

We may update these terms as Agenza moves through private beta. The latest version will be posted on this page.
