Agenza is building AI follow-up tools for home-service businesses. This notice explains how we handle information while the product is in private beta and waitlist mode.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, selected business type, source, referrer, landing page, and UTM campaign values when those are available.

If you sign in, our authentication provider may share basic account information such as your email address and authentication status so Agenza can protect private beta and admin routes.

We use waitlist information to manage early access, understand launch interest, contact selected businesses, improve onboarding, and measure which outreach channels are working.

We may use account information to keep the app secure, verify access, and support internal launch operations.

If you join the waitlist, we may send private beta updates, early access invitations, and practical product announcements. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist or stop receiving updates by contacting us.

Agenza relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, analytics, and related infrastructure. These providers process information only to help us operate Agenza.

Agenza may use browser storage, cookies, or analytics events to understand page visits, waitlist submissions, and basic product usage. We keep this focused on launch and product improvement.

We keep waitlist and account information for as long as it is useful for private beta operations, launch analytics, security, or support. You can contact us to request removal from the waitlist.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for a small private beta product. No internet service can promise perfect security, but we work to limit access and avoid unnecessary data exposure.

Agenza is intended for business use and is not directed to children or minors.

We may update this notice as Agenza moves through private beta. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
